Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

Peplify is a personal tracking and education app for peptide protocols. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Peplify.

2. Not medical advice

Peplify is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

All content in the app — including the peptide library, suggested schedules, dose templates, and reminders — is generic reference information, not a prescription or recommendation for you. Always consult a licensed clinician before starting, changing, or stopping any compound or protocol.

Many peptides referenced in the app are research compounds that are not approved for human use in many jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that anything you choose to do is legal where you live and appropriate for your health. Peplify does not source, sell, or facilitate the acquisition of any substance.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, which permanently removes your account and the data associated with it.

4. Subscriptions

Peplify is offered as an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the App Store, with a free trial where offered. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Where required by law, you may be entitled to a refund from Apple; Peplify does not process payments directly.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app — including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering or disrupting the service, or using the app for any unlawful purpose.

6. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peplify and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including any harm arising from decisions you make based on information in the app.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update the app and these terms over time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date below, and continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
